Recognition of the qualifications of higher professional and university schools acquired outside the Republic of Kosovo
This electronic service helps citizens who apply for the recognition of foreign university degrees and higher professional schools that belong to levels 5 to 8 of the National Framework of Qualifications issued by foreign Higher Education institutions. In the qualifications of levels 5 - 8 of the National Framework of Qualifications, higher professional schools, bachelor's, master's and doctorate are included.

Application evaluation is performed by our staff to see if your application is complete and meets the requirements for consideration.
The verification of your personal data and your education is carried out by our staff in cooperation with the responsible authorities and the relevant educational institution.
The evaluation of the application by the professional commission of experts of the field is carried out as necessary.
The application is reviewed at the meeting of the State Council for the Recognition of Diplomas (KSHNJ).
After reviewing your application, a decision is made and you will be notified electronically of the decision.
At any time you can check the status of your application and also find additional information, messages / notifications etc. about your application.
